Bus Trip Payment Terms & Conditions

All Travel With Brigitte booked and sponsored destination bus trips, with all of our trip partners are subject to the below terms and conditions, and travel policies.

Traveler Behavior and Preparation

  • Travelers are responsible for their own transportation to and from the bus loading zone unless otherwise specified. Travel With Brigitte cannot delay the trip from leaving due to late arrivals.

  • Travelers are responsible for accommodating their day to day needs. (ie: Keeping their medications with them, making sure they have water or snacks that they require, etc).

  • Travelers are expected to be respectful to one another and their traveling companions. Travel With Brigitte reserves the right to remove travelers behaving inappropriately or disrupting the travel of others, at the disruptive travelers own expense.

Payment and Refund Policy

  • Travel With Brigitte requires a deposit to hold your place on all group tours. Deposits are due immediately as identified in the registration posting, and failure to remit deposit after registration may result in future registrations requiring payment in full up front. 

  • Deposits are Non-Refundable, however may be applied to the “Trip Fare” of an alternative trip, if requested within the appropriate timeline. Trip deposits may not be applied to a future deposit, and may only be moved once.

  • Deposits are due within 5 business days of trip registration, unless the intermediary or final payment date has passed, at which point payment must be made immediately. 

  • Bus Trips shall have an intermediary payment date before the final payment date in which a portion of the fare must be remitted to maintain participation in the group.

Travel With Brigitte understands that sometimes plans may change. As such Travel With Brigitte in partnership with our tour providers has developed the following refund timeline.

  • 120+ Days From Trip: 75% of “Trip Fare” refund available (minus deposit), or 80% of Trip Fare funds received (plus deposit), transferred to another bus trip. However, forfeiting future payment refund on those funds.

  • Final Payment Date – 119 Days From Trip: 50% of “Trip Fare” refund available (minus deposit), or 70% of Trip Fare funds received (plus deposit), transferred to another bus trip. However, forfeiting future payment refund on those funds.

  • 31 days – Final Payment Date From Trip: 25% of “Trip Fare” refund available (minus deposit), or 50% of Trip Fare funds received (plus deposit), transferred to another bus trip. However, forfeiting future payment refund on those funds.

  • Trip Departure to 30 Days From Trip: 0% of “Trip Fare” refund available, and 0% may be transferred.
